New generation of Acrobat

Acrobat XI , a powerful new solution that emerges to face the challenges of complex documents today. The industry standard for editing and PDF export now submit full PDFs to Microsoft Power Point, touch capabilities for use in tablets and new integrated services, including creating forms, data collection and analysis with Adobe FormsCentral. Acrobat XI also supports IT departments with easy integration with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, easy deployment, application virtualization and application robust security to help provide low cost of ownership and a strong return on investment.

Items included in this release are: Acrobat Pro XI, XI Acrobat Standard, Adobe Reader ® XI and the new integrated service documents, Adobe FormsCentral.

A typical company with 1000 employees productivity has a cost of $ 15.9 billion each year, says the summary, and attacking these inefficiencies would be the equivalent of hiring 213 additional people.

With Adobe Acrobat XI, business professionals have new and improved features such as:

· Edit PDF files, change paragraphs, images and objects by simply clicking and dragging using intuitive new Text Edit tool. Sort and merge visually selected content and multiple documents into a single PDF file organized, while maintaining the integrity of the source file.

Simplify form creation, distribution and analysis of results using the desktop application including Adobe FormsCentral.

· Improve the mobile capabilities. Working with PDF files in tablets and smartphones with Adobe Reader Touch to annotate and add comments, and to fill and save forms.

· Save documents as PDF files PowerPoint, Word or Excel or reuse parts of a complete file or PDF files as Microsoft Office documents and Web pages without having to re-write or re-formatting.

· Better protect all PDF files created from Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel to help prevent editing, printing or copying without permission.

The new and improved features and functionalities IT now allow IT professionals:

· Standardize on a single easy to use PDF Reader, complete in functions, consistent and reliable support for iPads and Android tablets. Also deliver Acrobat Reader XI and XI as the core application, and virtual touch with support for Microsoft App-V via Citrix XenApp.

Deliver easy steps to prepare PDF files and security measures using the Action Wizard to assist organizational consistency.
